When will my order ship? Every single pair undergoes a strict final craftsmanship and finish inspection within 1-2 business days before leaving our floor. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number the moment your package is in transit.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses? Yes! We proudly ship to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses within the United States.

What is your return policy? We want you to love every single step you take. If a pair isn’t the perfect fit for your style journey, we accept returns of unworn shoes in their original, undamaged shoe box and packaging within 30 days of delivery. (Pro-tip: To keep the outsoles perfectly pristine and eligible for return, please only try your new shoes on a carpeted or clean indoor surface!)
